Thank you for shopping with seeMYtree. All products are custom-made and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Gelato. Please review their shipping policy. Below is additional important information regarding production, delivery times, and shipping responsibilities.


1. Order Processing

All orders are made to order. Once your purchase is placed, your items enter production before shipping.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and produced within:

  • 1–5 business days

Processing times may vary during holidays, sales periods, or high-volume seasons.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier used.

Estimated Delivery Windows

  • United Kingdom: 2–7 business days
  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 3–10 business days
  • International Orders: 5–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


3. Delivery Guarantee

Our fulfillment partner aims to deliver local orders within 5 business days after production.

Delays can be caused by customs, weather, postal disruptions, or carrier issues are outside our direct control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product size and weight
  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to claim the package
  • Refusal of delivery

we are unable to issue a refund for shipping costs.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfilment provider to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.
