Return & Refund Policy
At seeMYtree, all products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand fulfilment partner, Gelato. Because each item is custom produced specifically for your order, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
1. Order Cancellations
Before Production
Orders may be cancelled or modified free of charge before they enter production. Once cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
During Production
If an order has already entered production, cancellation may still be possible; however, only shipping costs may be refunded.
After Shipping
Once an order has been printed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selections
- Incorrect colour selections
- Ordering mistakes made by the customer
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and customization details before placing your order.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect due to a production error
please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To Submit a Claim
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange one of the following at no additional cost:
- A complimentary replacement
- A refund (where replacement is not feasible)
4. Delivery Guarantee
Our fulfilment partner aims to deliver orders locally within 5 business days after production.
If delivery delays occur:

Delivery estimates may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier disruptions beyond our control.
5. Returned to Sender Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- The package being rejected by the recipient
- Failure to claim the package
we are unable to issue a refund.
Customers are responsible for any reshipping costs or replacement order fees.
6. Refund Processing
In the event of an approved refund, the refund is processed back to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and can take approximately 3–5 business days after approval.
